Leads Lean Manufacturing deployment and continuous improvement across a multi-site region. Coaches plant leadership, develops and delivers Lean Six Sigma training, analyzes performance data, leads improvement projects, audits sustainability of results, and manages implementation plans. Partners with operations, safety, quality, engineering, logistics, and corporate teams to improve performance, establish standard work, support change management, and build Lean capabilities across manufacturing facilities. Requires travel exceeding 50%.

Safely transfer finished goods from production lines to stocking yards using forklifts and other industrial equipment. Responsibilities include tracking production quantities, loading trucks, stacking products, conducting visual quality inspections, maintaining paperwork and housekeeping, supporting production and preventive maintenance, and following PPE and safety procedures. The role requires physical labor, including repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for extended periods, and working in temperature extremes.
