Develop messaging and marketing assets for integrators and end users, execute campaigns from onboarding through renewal and win-back, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with Product, Education, Sales, Support, and Creative teams. The role also supports internal enablement and drives consistent messaging, adoption, satisfaction, and renewal.

Leads product and business strategy for video and display categories, driving sales, profitability, market growth, and category performance. Develops data-driven roadmaps, identifies market opportunities, evaluates competition, builds business cases, secures investment, and leads cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include supplier and SKU strategies, pricing, relationship development, customer engagement, marketing programs, strategic planning, and performance tracking.

Owns configuration management, PLM administration, engineering change control, revision management, BOM accuracy, and product data release for hardware products. Partners with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and contract manufacturers throughout NPI stage gates. Leads audits, system integrations, compliance records, metrics, process improvements, and a team of configuration management and document control professionals.
