Set up, operate, maintain, and inspect CNC, milling, and additive manufacturing machines. Produce high-quality parts to precise specifications, develop machining methods, use tooling and inspection equipment, resolve process issues, and maintain safety and quality standards. The role also provides guidance to less experienced machinists and requires interpreting drawings, programming CNC controls, deburring, finishing, and working independently in a manufacturing environment.

Production Scheduler responsible for maintaining master and work-cell schedules, leveling production capacity, identifying schedule risks, coordinating mitigation, and supporting on-time customer deliveries. The role manages purchase order timing, monitors equipment utilization, analyzes supply chain and vendor data, prepares performance reports, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives. This is an onsite office position with occasional production-floor visits in Statesville, North Carolina.

Assembles customer-facing shipment data packages from completed manufacturing records, including Certificates of Conformance, material certifications, inspection records, special-process certifications, and packing slips. Coordinates and tracks First Article Inspection packages, identifies missing elements, routes documentation for sign-off, and supports source inspections. Maintains record completeness and linkage in ProShop while coordinating documentation timing with inspection and shipment schedules. The role requires handling ITAR-controlled documentation and working in a manufacturing environment with required PPE.

Owns and improves manufacturing processes, reporting, scheduling support, quoting, workflow integration, and quality compliance for an aerospace and additive manufacturing site. The role reviews printed hardware, supports CNC and additive manufacturing operations, audits operator capabilities, leads process improvements, integrates ERP/MES systems, and collaborates with sales, engineering, quality, and production teams. It also promotes shop-floor safety, supports AS9100 requirements, and provides technical mentorship.

Lead site quality for aerospace manufacturing, implement and improve QMS to meet AS9100/ISO/NADCAP, manage audits, supplier quality, RCCA, FAI, inspection planning, metrics, and develop the Quality team.
