Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, full P&L projections, weekly revenue forecasting, variance analysis, month-end close, and financial reporting across multiple markets. Develop models for M&A, capital projects, new builds, and asset conversions, including ROI, IRR, payback, pro forma, synergy, and sensitivity analyses. Improve standardized FP&A processes and collaborate with finance leadership, accounting, and market teams.

Supports the advertising sales department by preparing proposals, presentations, media kits, insertion orders, inventory reports, projections, and client materials. Compiles information for account executives and sales management, researches clients and market trends, updates inventory systems, coordinates between clients and internal departments, answers incoming calls, and may assist with accounts receivable and sales meetings.

Design and produce creative artwork for outdoor advertising under the Art Directors direction. Integrate digitized and computer-generated images, assist with copywriting and client reviews, prepare layouts and artwork for proposals, direct mail, and brochures, and maintain/backup computer systems and data.
