The role is North Carolina-based, hybrid, and requires 50–75% travel.

Leads healthcare quality, regulatory, payer, and contract compliance across New Jersey operations. Responsibilities include audit and monitoring plans, incident management, investigations, corrective actions, accreditation support, claims and billing oversight, compliance dashboards, reporting, and collaboration with clinical, operational, finance, HR, legal, payer, and state partners. The role requires expertise in regulated healthcare environments, payer requirements, New Jersey DDD and Medicaid processes, incident reporting, credentialing, and compliance programs.
