Outbound sales role targeting independent attorneys: source and prospect priority counties, run high-volume cold outreach (calls/texts/emails), close and onboard attorneys to the platform, maintain and nurture relationships, track pipeline activity, and collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to grow coverage.

Manage a live roster of court hearings to secure last-minute attorney coverage via phone, text, and email. Negotiate fees, prioritize and triage a fast pipeline, onboard and support attorneys, update clients, maintain accurate data in CRM, and escalate recurring issues to improve processes. Measured on speed, coverage rate, and cost targets.
