Search Solution Group, a recruitment firm based in Charlotte, has launched a new human resources consulting division, designed to provide companies with flexible access to HR expertise as they navigate growing challenges related to compliance, employee retention and workplace engagement.
According to a news release, the new division will provide services on a fractional, interim or project basis in areas such as compensation planning, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and organizational design, helping companies improve their HR practices without hiring additional full-time staff.
“Many companies need senior-level HR guidance but aren’t ready to add a full-time executive. Our consulting division gives them access to experienced professionals who can step in when they’re needed most,” Search Solution Group Vice President of Marketing and Strategy Greg Moores said in a statement.
According to the company, the move is also intended to support Charlotte’s business community by strengthening local companies’ workforce strategies.
