Charlotte-based software developer DualBoot Partners announced two new leadership appointments. Billy Boozer will join the firm as chief technology officer, and Stephanie Cheney will serve as vice president of strategy and AI.
DualBoot works to help businesses modernize legacy systems, rebuild their core platforms and launch digital products through its AI-enabled delivery model. Its in-house product and engineering team works with its AI ecosystem DB90, which expedites new product builds through structured workflows and controlled execution.
At DualBoot, Boozer will spearhead the company’s technology strategy and expand the role of DB90 across delivery teams. Cheney will oversee the company’s newly formed strategy practice, which will help DualBoot’s clients define their business priorities, shape AI adoption plans and guide their modernization efforts.
