Deloitte’s 2025 Technology Fast 500 List Featured 8 North Carolina Companies

Biopharmaceutical company TG Therapeutics is the highest-ranked company in North Carolina this year with 4,819 percent growth.

Global accounting and consulting firm Deloitte released its 2025 Technology Fast 500 list, which ranks the fastest-growing technology companies across North America. The 31st annual list featured eight companies from North Carolina.

Featured companies were selected based on their fiscal year revenue growth between 2021 and 2024 and ranked according to their percentage growth rate. Overall, this year’s ranking included North Carolina companies that achieved revenue growth ranging from 128 to 4,819 percent over those three years. Various technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech and energy tech companies are represented on the list.

“Charlotte’s 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 honorees are a testament to the city’s innovative spirit,” Joe Foster, Charlotte managing partner at Deloitte, said in a statement. “We’re excited to celebrate these transformative companies that are not only driving growth for themselves, but helping to strengthen the vitality and competitiveness of our local business community.”

Ranked #27, 4,819% Growth

TG Therapeutics is a Morrisville-based company that studies B-cells and B-cell diseases to develop novel therapies for patients. BRIUMVI is the company’s treatment for relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis, and TG Therapeutics offers a portal for patient support. The company is also recruiting for several clinical trials.

 

Ranked #28, 4,581% Growth

Higharc operates in the homebuilding industry, providing an online platform that enables builders to automate architecture, sales and construction processes. The cloud solution equips teams with tools for designing and managing plans, procuring material quantities, personalizing sales experiences and expediting construction. 

 

Ranked #62, 1,544% Growth

DebtBook is a Charlotte-based company that helps finance teams at organizations like government agencies and nonprofits manage debt, cash, leases and subscriptions. Its cloud-based software serves more than 2,100 customers across the U.S., including transportation agencies, airports, utility systems, healthcare providers and more.

 

Ranked #169, 483% Growth

Mooresville-based PetScreening provides pet policy management software for property managers. Its platform helps streamline processes for screening accommodation requests for assistance animals and implement pet policies that enable residential and commercial companies to increase opportunities for pet-related revenue.

 

Ranked #175, 461% Growth

Relay, Inc is a Raleigh-based company developing communication solutions for frontline teams in industries like steel and metal, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, food services, education and more. Its system encompasses hardware, cloud-based software and mobile location and connectivity offerings, including two-way radios, location tracking and real-time language translation.
