Manage the client experience for Axios Local Marketplace advertisers from campaign setup through execution and reporting. Review and publish listings, ensure accurate and compliant submissions, communicate updates, promote the semi-service model, maintain tracking documents, and analyze performance trends. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Editorial teams to improve workflows, products, and advertiser and reader experiences as Marketplace expands.

The reporter will develop sources, break news, produce conversational Smart Brevity-style content, use AI tools to improve reporting and production, and help shape Axios Local's evolving product. Success requires strong local-market knowledge, entrepreneurial initiative, deadline experience, curiosity, and the ability to create compelling scoops and insights for local readers.

Own and grow a local sales territory for Axios by building outbound pipelines, acquiring new advertisers, closing business, and expanding existing partnerships.
