Manages the complete accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment accuracy, vendor statement reconciliation, vendor setup, credit card reconciliation, cash sheets, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, 1099 support, and audit requirements. Generates accounts receivable statements for dealerships, responds to inquiries, safeguards assets, and supports office staff training. Requires strong organization, analytical ability, GAAP knowledge, accounting experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
