Position Summary

The UAT Analyst role is responsible for all aspects of user acceptance testing and the quality assurance lifecycle pertaining to the HealthCare industry. This includes end to end accountability to test the quality of the user experience through visual inspection and operational testing against established UAT principles, methodology and guidelines. The UAT Analyst will also be required to create manual test cases, execute test scripts and participate in issue resolution.     

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily stand-up calls
  • Responsible for all aspects of reviewing User and Developing User Acceptance Criteria
  • Development and Execution of test cases
  • Attend weekly 1:1 sessions/trainings
  • Understanding business and operational requirements

    

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, and one plus years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Pharmacy Benefits/PBM experience within Benefits Admin/UAT strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to advocate for the customer experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
  • Atlassian Collaboration Software

Salary Range: 58,000 - 88,000
