What's the Role

We are looking for a System Administrator to support our IT Infrastructure and Staff with IT-related requests and incidents. A service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should be prepared to go beyond boundaries and extend support to the team and members.

What You Do

  • Support essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Support end-users following the IT Service Management Framework.
  • Participate in service improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Help to improve the IT security posture and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Carry out procurement and policy implementation tasks.
  • Support clients and client-supporting teams on IT-related requests and projects.
  • Support essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
  • Run staff onboarding and offboarding sessions

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and patch management.
  • Knowledge of system security data backup/recovery.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, including Mac/Apple OS/Windows/Chrome OS.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Knowledge of Windows Intune and Jamf Pro.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems and ITSM or ITOM.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of scripting is an added advantage.

  • Collaborate and Communicate Effectively: You build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that IT-related issues are communicated clearly and resolved quickly.
  • Execute IT Service Management with Excellence you ensure consistency in incident management, problem resolution, and service delivery, while also contributing to service improvement projects.
  • Enhance Security & Compliance: Your proactive participation in security initiatives and audits helps the organization maintain a strong security posture and comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Manage IT Assets Efficiently: Through effective procurement, documentation, and offboarding processes, you ensure that the UK office’s IT assets are well-managed, secure, and up-to-date.
