Position Overview:
The ServiceNow Cyber Threat Intelligence team is looking to hire a dedicated Staff Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst | Reports Officer. The Reports Officer is responsible for producing, reviewing, and disseminating high-quality intelligence products that inform security operations, executive decision making, and strategic risk management.
Responsibilities:
  • Author, review, and publish strategic, operational, and tactical intelligence reports aligned with SaaS threat landscapes and enterprise risk priorities.
  • Partner with threat analysts, detection engineers, and data scientists to validate findings, contextualize adversary TTPs, and ensure actionable intelligence output.
  • Ensure intelligence products adhere to analytic standards, demonstrate structured reasoning, and maintain factual and linguistic accuracy.
  • Translate complex technical findings into executive-ready insights for diverse audiences including IR, legal, compliance, and product security stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the refinement of CTI dissemination frameworks, publication schedules, and intelligence feedback loops.
  • Support structured information sharing with ISACs, partners, and industry alliances in accordance with organizational policies and classification standards.
  • Employ generative AI systems to accelerate intelligence synthesis, automate trend summaries, and enhance analytic workflows without compromising tradecraft integrity.
  • Define and measure key performance indicators (e.g., report engagement, stakeholder satisfaction, analytic accuracy) to continuously improve CTI value delivery.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. •
  • 8+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, cybersecurity analysis, or intelligence communications.
  • Or similar with education
  • Proven expertise in producing and editing complex intelligence reports for technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and analytic tradecraft.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and cloud threat vectors, insider risk indicators, and global cyber adversary TTPs.
  • Experience leveraging LLM/AI-driven workflows for report drafting, enrichment, or summarization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity, brevity, and precision.

Preferred Skills:
  • Background in intelligence editing, national security reporting, or risk communications.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and storytelling techniques to enhance intelligence delivery.
  • Experience with TIP and SIEM integrations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with shifting priorities.
