What You’ll Do:
Our IT organization supports CoreWeave’s rapidly scaling hardware, supply chain, and data center operations. We design and deploy the enterprise platforms and integrations that power our growth, enable operational excellence, and ensure data integrity across engineering, supply chain, capacity, and infrastructure systems.
About the Role:
In this role, you will serve as the implementation lead for CoreWeave’s first enterprise PDM/PLM solution. You will architect, configure, and deploy the Part Master, BOM management, and change control capabilities that form the foundation of our hardware lifecycle management. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, lead data migration and governance, and integrate PLM with NetSuite ERP, DCIM/EAM tools, and engineering systems. This role will be central to shaping our long-term PLM architecture and enabling efficient, data-driven hardware operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of CoreWeave’s initial PDM platform with focus on Part Master, BOM management, and change control functionality.
- Define and execute the implementation roadmap including configuration, data migration, and integrations with NetSuite, Google Suite, and DCIM/EAM tools.
- Establish the Part Master data model, classification structures, and governance rules for hardware components and assemblies.
- Develop, implement, and maintain change control workflows (PR/ECR/ECO/ECN).
- Oversee enablement of As-Designed, As-Ordered, and future As-Installed BOM structures.
- Partner with IT and Security to ensure platform compliance with CoreWeave standards.
- Provide technical leadership and vendor guidance on API integrations with engineering, network, supply chain, capacity, and data center systems (NetBox, Sunbird).
- Lead user enablement, training, and adoption strategies across engineering and supply chain stakeholders.
- Recommend scalable future-state architecture including document management, digital thread, configurator, and NPI integration.
- Drive automation and dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve forecasting and operational accuracy.
- Act as a technical and functional SME for Supply & Capacity Planning systems.
Who You Are:
- 8–10 years of experience implementing and architecting PLM/PDM solutions within hardware, data center, semiconductor, or infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on expertise configuring PLM platforms such as Arena, Aras, Propel, or PTC systems.
- Proven experience integrating PLM/PDM systems with NetSuite or equivalent ERP platforms.
- Deep understanding of Part Master data structures, BOM management, engineering change workflows, and configuration management.
- Demonstrated success leading data migration and data governance initiatives.
- Experience integrating PLM with DCIM/EAM systems (NetBox, Sunbird, SnipeIT).
- Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in cloud-native, high-growth, or rapid scaling technology environments.
Preferred:
- Experience implementing PLM for data center hardware or similar high-tech infrastructure.
- Background in agile or hybrid implementation methodologies.
- Prior consulting or solution architecture experience supporting global deployments.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with automation tools (e.g., Workato).
