Zayo is seeking a Senior Program Manager, GTM Analytics to join our Sales Operations team. This individual will be instrumental in driving Zayo’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy through program management, advanced analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. As a senior-level contributor, you will develop and lead strategic initiatives focused on annual planning, sales performance optimization, market analysis, and creating scalable analytics insights that empower our sales organization.
Location: This role will consider applicants that currently reside in the United States. Denver, Colorado metro area preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build GTM analytics frameworks to evaluate market penetration, customer segmentation, product trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Deliver actionable insights that guide GTM decisions, including territory design, resource allocation, and customer targeting.
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to assess pipeline health, market trends, and revenue opportunities using predictive and descriptive analytics.
Program manage the annual planning process. Design sales modules, recommend quota assignments, provide data and reporting to sales leadership team.
Collaborates cross-functionally to implement scalable AI solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support data-driven decision-making.
Sales Reporting & Performance Insights
Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs across sales performance, forecasting and funnel trends, and churn metrics using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Create user level insights to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
Translate complex data into executive-level narratives that influence strategic decisions at the leadership level.
Own regular and ad-hoc reporting for strategic planning, QBRs and executive stakeholders, aligning reporting outputs with key business initiatives and performance goals.
Automation & Scalable Solutions
Design and implement advanced models, scripts, and automated workflows to streamline data integrity across Sales Operations.
Build reusable analytics assets that enable self-service reporting across GTM functions and reduce manual data work.
Establish and enforce data governance practices across Sales Operations, ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and version control.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the sales and GTM ecosystem by identifying inefficiencies and recommending technology or process-based solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Provide analytics support for the Sales organization and work cross functionality on initiatives with Marketing, Product and Finance.
Translate GTM business needs into analytical requirements and deliver insights that bridge strategic goals and operational execution.
Promote best practices in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence within the broader Sales Operations function.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in a senior analytics role supporting Sales Operations, Finance, Go-to-Market strategy, or Commercial Analytics.
Expertise in analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel (Python or R is a plus).
Experience with AI-powered platforms and automation technologies.
Strong background in Salesforce CRM, sales process optimization, and GTM analytics methodologies.
Proven experience building automated solutions and scalable analytics assets across cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of sales KPIs, funnel metrics, customer segmentation, pricing models, and revenue forecasting.
Exceptional business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights for executive stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills—able to influence decision-makers and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Familiarity with the telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure industry is highly desirable.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting GTM planning, including whitespace analysis, TAM/SAM/SOM models, or sales coverage models.
Familiarity with data integration platforms and modern data stack principles.
Knowledge of churn and sales performance analysis
Estimated Base Salary Range: $77,100 - $118,600 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
