We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Program Manager to lead the launch engineering and execution of our software launches. This critical role will orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure smooth and successful product launches, and optimize our GTM strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a deep understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and launch methodologies. You will act as the linchpin between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, ensuring all teams are aligned and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Launch Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM launch plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch plans.

  • Launch Engineering Excellence: Define and implement best practices for post-launch monitoring.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve launch processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and minimize risks.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact launch timelines or success.

  • Communication & Reporting: Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders at all levels, including regular progress updates, launch reports, and post-launch analysis.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for launch processes, best practices, and lessons learned.

  • Launch Readiness: Ensure all necessary components are ready for launch, including technical infrastructure, marketing materials, sales enablement, and customer support resources.

  • Post Launch Analysis: Conduct thorough post launch analysis to determine success, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on software product launches in a SaaS environment.  

  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects.

  • Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles and release management processes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools.

  • Deep understanding of GTM strategies and launch best practices.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with launch engineering or release engineering highly preferred.
