Who You Are

You are a strategic HR professional who is passionate about building business partnerships and adding value by driving business objectives.

The Impact You Will Have:

As a Senior People Services Business Partner, you are leading client groups with effective strategies for talent management, performance management, succession planning, leadership coaching and development, headcount planning and organization design. You will be a liaison between HR and business leaders, providing expert HR advice and support to ensure alignment with HR practices and business objectives. You will work closely with corporate HR functions to implement value added activities that drive business objectives through people.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide coaching and consultation with the leadership teams to help drive key people and strategic priorities, aligning HR strategy and business needs.
  • Facilitate change management processes as needed.
  • Develops and implements talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, organization design, headcount planning, mentoring, employee engagement and employee development. 
  • Working closely with business leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and providing HR expertise to support their success. 
  • Gathering and analyzing HR data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas where HR can add value. 
  • Champions a performance-driven process where expectations and key measurements improve organizational talent to achieve business objectives including goal setting, talent reviews, and annual performance review activities.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Estimated travel to respective client groups is on average 25% per year.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Ten or more years of human resources management experience focused on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or professional equivalent.  Master degree preferred.
  • Experience working with finance and legal teams highly preferred.
  • PHR certification or equivalent, SPHR or equivalent preferred.
  • Global HR experience would be a plus!
  • Ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience implementing HR initiatives and delivering results in a changing & growing business environment.
  • Ability to manage and work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Professional communication skills, both orally and in writing, enables collaboration and building trust.
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations in a high growth company.
