Job Duties and Responsibilities
We're seeking an analytical and proactive Business Operations Analyst to join our In-Home Services division. You'll convert raw data into meaningful insights to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and drive operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver actionable analytics and champion process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights
• Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizations
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutions
• Data Management: Maintain accurate, high-quality data sets and reports
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements and automation
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as needed
• Data Visualization: Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR
• 1-3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field

Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
