You will be the driving force behind ThrivePass’ growth by building strong broker relationships, influencing benefit strategies, and delivering innovative solutions to employers. Your mission is to combine consultative selling with strategic partnership development, ensuring our CARE values are at the heart of every interaction. You will:

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of ThrivePass’s benefits suite to brokers, consultants, and employers (online and in-person).
  • Develop and execute plans to establish and grow broker relationships and channel partnerships.
  • Identify champions within broker and consultant networks and maintain strong, year-round communication.
  • Influence broker partners to generate high-quality RFPs.
  • Manage a pipeline and generate new business from employers with 500–5,000 benefits-eligible employees.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with new clients; identify key stakeholders for engagement.
  • Meet and exceed sales activity metrics.
  • Track and update all sales activity and contacts in CRM.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not just checking boxes but truly excited to make an impact. Here’s what helps you shine in this role:

  • A drive to innovate in employee benefits and make complex processes feel effortless.
  • A team-first attitude—we thrive when we collaborate.
  • Accountability – you set clear expectations, and you follow through
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with brokers, consultants, and employers.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and forecast accurately.
  • A solutions-oriented approach and the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and virtual.

Must Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, and HRAs.
  • Existing relationships with distribution partners (brokerage firms).
  • Experience working with employers, providers, or consultants on employee benefit programs.
  • Direct selling experience to employers.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to Have

  • Experience at or working with broker/consultant organizations.
  • Background in benefits technology or SaaS sales.
  • Familiarity with RFP processes and benefit plan design.
  • Ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • $80,000 - $95,000 annual base salary with a strong and competitive commission structure in place.
  • A culture that values courageousness, authenticity, resourcefulness, and excellence (we don’t just say it—we live it).
  • Opportunities to grow, learn, and level up your skills.
  • A team that genuinely enjoys working together and celebrating wins.
  • Competitive benefits package because we believe in walking the talk when it comes to employee well-being.
  • An inclusive and welcoming environment for all. ThrivePass is committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
