YOUR MISSION 

True Anomaly is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in shaping our hiring experience. In this role, you’ll own the coordination of interviews across all departments, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects True Anomaly’s high standards of excellence and speed. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to drive an efficient, organized, and candidate-focused process. 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving logistical challenges, and is motivated by creating structure and consistency within a growing team. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and offers opportunities for career growth within Talent Acquisition and People Operations. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across all roles, ensuring alignment with business priorities and a seamless candidate experience 
  • Manage candidate communications - collecting availability, sending confirmations, and handling changes or logistics updates 
  • Ensure interview details, rooms, and video links are accurate and prepared for each session 
  • Greet onsite candidates, coordinate office tours, and serve as their main point of contact during visits 
  • Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to enable smooth interview execution 
  • Support interviewer readiness by maintaining scheduling resources and training materials 
  • Identify and implement improvements to scheduling efficiency and candidate experience 
  • Support in data management and provide regular updates on hiring activity, scheduling and candidate feedback metrics 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. 

 

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

 

  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. 
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset. 

  

 

COMPENSATION  

  • Base Salary: $70,000-$85,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave 

 

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education and experience. 

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Work Location: this role will be fully onsite at our GravityWorks factory in Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA 
  • Work environment is in a standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory. 

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
