Brown & Brown is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team! 

 

The Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple, complex projects within the Retail Technology Solutions team. This role drives strategic initiatives, ensures alignment with organizational goals, and delivers measurable business value. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder relationships, and champions best practices in project management. 

 

How You Will Contribute:

  • Working knowledge of insurance claim handling processes and procedures.
  • Understanding of legal principles related to liability and damages.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and institutional operations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply insurance regulations and guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for claim evaluation.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and legal professionals.
  • Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping for claims.
  • Capability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines.
  • Possession of appropriate insurance adjusting license(s) as required.

Licenses and Certifications:  

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)

 

Skills & Experience to be Successful: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management, or related field.
  • 4–7 years’ experience managing large, complex projects in a technology environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong technical and business background.
  • Experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software. (preferred)
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. (preferred)

Pay Range

$80k - $90k Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
