About the role

As a member of the Global Service Delivery team within the Global Legal, Compliance & Regulatory organization, you will serve support strategic initiative delivery through project management and functional support activities.

The ideal candidate is a project management professional from legal, financial or insurance services who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. They are a self-starter who enjoys actively managing and optimizing projects, improving processes, and solving complex problems.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives strong project management across GLCR.

  • Enables on-time, accurate, and comprehensive execution of project deliverables. 

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal clients both within GLCR and our business partners.

  • Supports clear and effective communication related to project planning.

  • Assist in conducting program/project meetings to address project status, progress, and resource allocation when necessary.

  • Participate in defining timetables and project plans; analyzes and estimates feasibility, risks, cost, time, and resources.

  • Budget tracking experience preferred.

  • Supports departmental administration activities, as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of project management experience within a professional services, consulting, corporate legal department, or other legal services environment.

  • Experience in legal, financial or insurance services strongly preferred.

  • Experience using formal project management and process improvement tools and techniques. (PMP and/or Six Sigma certification highly desired)

  • Process driven, strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering results, preferably in large, global, corporate environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive change without direct authority.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • BA or equivalent experience
