Bitwave is an enterprise software company with the mission of bringing digital assets to enterprises.

Our platform and solutions
We’ve built an enterprise software platform that enables enterprises to meet their digital asset/cryptocurrency-specific accounting, tax, treasury, and management obligations. Our platform is a subledger processing millions of digital asset transactions and producing accounting and tax reporting that integrate with our clients’ ERP systems. We also deliver solutions that leverage our platform’s diverse capabilities for different client use cases. Our platform and solutions are delivered to more than 200 clients today.

Desired Experiences
We are looking for a candidate that uniquely combines:
(a) Functional Expertise
(b) Product Management Expertise
(c) Enterprise (B2B) Software Experience
(d) Digital Asset Experience

Functional Expertise (Core Services: Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting)

  • Experience delivering on accounting, tax, financial reporting, treasury, and FP&A capabilities
  • Experience working with users in the finance, accounting, tax functions

Product Management

  • Significant experience owning a product or portion of one, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launch
  • Proven success coordinating between engineers, designers, architects, and users
  • Experience building and communicating product roadmaps
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira
  • Experience supporting product marketing with documentation and communications
  • Ability to integrate customer feedback into product development

Enterprise Software

  • Strong B2B product management experience
  • Experience with ERPs or other finance systems (Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks)
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS

Digital Asset

  • You must be knowledgeable of digital assets. You will be expected to be an expert on digital asset transactions, Decentralize Finance (DeFi), and other blockchain related topics that our clients work with.

Other Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Design, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • CPA a plus but not required
  • Startup experience and success required
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and cross-functional execution
