About the Role:

The Principal Solutions Architect is responsible for planning and implementing multiple, consecutive high-touch customer engagements for large enterprise organizations. You will provide customers with a comprehensive, outstanding services strategy inclusive of consulting, technical implementation, and educational services. Additionally, you will partner with internal partners (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Account Executives and Product Support) to help customers realize business goals. Further, the Services Consultant resources will help customers accelerate their DevOps transformation and successful realization of value from Digital.ai software investments.


What You Will Do: 

  • Interact directly with the customer leadership to understand their business objectives and technical goals.
  • Partner with Digital.ai customer's DevOps teams to understand current DevSecOps and CI/CD tools and processes.
  • Architect and implement optimized solutions using Digital.ai DevOps and Continuous Testing solutions to enable customers to automate and accelerate their software delivery at scale.
  • Document results and outcomes from each project. Define best practices around the use and implementation of Digital.ai technologies and domains. Leverage the learning to define new automation and create new implementation patterns.
  • Document and implement processes and solutions that are employed for onboarding success for the purpose of internal enablement.
  • Contribute to the product design and support knowledge base.
  • Advise customers on DevOps and CI/CD best practices for processes and technologies.
  • Maintain a balanced, healthy relationship with our customers as a trusted advisor in a professional manner building rapport through technical depth of knowledge.
  • Work closely together with the Sales Engineering Team to ensure that Digital.ai customers achieve their business objectives and experience a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You Will Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience architecting, installing, administering and/or scripting interaction web application platforms
  • 5+ experience with DevOps and related solutions such as: Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub, Gitlab, Bamboo, TeamCity, TravisCI, Bitbucket, Jira, ServiceNow, Helm, OpenShift, AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, CloudFormation, Linux, Python, Bash, Powershell, AppDynamics, New Relic, Dynatrace, etc
  • 3+ years experience delivering custom solutions to customers of all sizes
  • Development skills in at least one language (C/C++/C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Ruby or comparable)
  • A proven ability to coach, influence and collaborate with clients at all organizational levels, including executive leadership and relate to them wherever they are on their journey
  • Aptitude to translate technical challenges in an easy-to-understand language for non-technical people
  • A continuous improvement attitude with the ability to apply DevOps, agile, flow, and lean practices across a variety of methodologies / technologies
  • Resilience to dynamic, changing environment where priorities change rapidly and willingness to respond quickly to customers and leadership needs
  • Relentless curiosity and a desire to learn continuously
  • Outstanding teamwork skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
  • Demonstrated decision making skills and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of your time
  • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours

At Digital.ai, we believe in fostering a culture of pay transparency. We are committed to providing our employees with fair and competitive compensation. The current salary range for this specific job is estimated to be $150,000-160,000 base. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We value transparency and aim to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all our employees. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
