What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for Infrastructure Consumption & Monetization to lead the strategic direction and execution of our monetization efforts. This pivotal role will focus on defining consumption models, optimizing infrastructure utilization, and developing pricing strategies that drive the success of CoreWeave's core GPU infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and cloud technologies, with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure economics, AI workload ecosystem, cloud-native technologies, and the competitive landscape. You will leverage market insights and technical expertise to define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy, ensuring that CoreWeave builds on its market-segment position as the leading AI Hyperscaler.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monetization Strategy: Define and evolve CoreWeave's overall monetization strategy, identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing approaches to maximize revenue and profitability across our GPU infrastructure services.
  • Consumption Model Design: Lead the design and implementation of innovative consumption models that align with customer needs, encourage adoption, and drive efficient utilization of CoreWeave's resources.
  • Infrastructure Utilization Optimization: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to understand infrastructure costs and utilization patterns, informing pricing and packaging to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
  • Pricing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement pricing strategies for CoreWeave's GPU infrastructure, considering market trends, competitive landscape, customer segmentation, and product value.
  • Product & Program Development: Design and launch new products and programs specifically aimed at improving monetization, including new service tiers, discount structures, or value-added offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on monetization goals, effective product launches, and seamless go-to-market execution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify monetization best practices, emerging trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with industry partners, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for consumption models, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics and establish robust reporting to monitor the performance of monetization strategies, identify areas for improvement, and inform future decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Product Management of cloud services or AI/ML market segment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML workloads including foundation model training and inference, cloud infrastructure (GPUs), and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, microservices).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross functional teams , with strong decision-making, project management, and mentoring skills.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate them into product features and solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Visionary Leadership: Ability to think strategically while being able to dive into technical details to guide the product team.

The base pay and target total cash for this position range from $227,000 to $303,000 and $284,000 to $378,000, accordingly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
