As a Performance Escalations Technician at Carbon Robotics you'll be responsible for working to track and report on performance and escalations for the LaserWeeder product line. This will include partnering with Customers and Carbon Teams to provide field tests and identifying issues with models and performance. You'll do whatever it takes - which includes going to the farm - to ensure our customers have reliable and safe products.
Location: Remote with field travel as needed
- Be responsible for performance of high-priority accounts.
- Define, drive with engineering and teach remote performance monitoring.
- Be responsible for defining and teaching what “good performance” looks like and steps that it takes to get there.
- Define metrics that reflect “good performance” and drive with engineering and support getting them institutionalized.
- Do farm trips as needed to accomplish above points.
- Traveling required 40% or more
