About the role:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant team! This exciting role is crucial in supporting our marketing department's initiatives and offers an incredible opportunity to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in executing innovative marketing strategies and ensuring the seamless operation of various marketing tasks. This is a hands-on opportunity for you to roll up your sleeves and work independently.


What you will do:

  • Coordinate and manage exciting marketing projects and campaigns for our field marketing team, in collaboration with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing teams.
  • Implement local marketing campaigns to support our North American Sales Team, including in-person events, digital campaigns, webinars and virtual events.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Business Development Reps to manage lead flow and increase conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns/events to drive success, including plan tactics and due dates.
  • Support event planning and execution to make every event unforgettable! - e.g. event logistics, set-up/ take-down, vendor coordination, status on deliverables etc.
  • Assist in the creation of captivating marketing materials and content.

 What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of B2B enterprise marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that shine!
  • Strong organizational and project management skills that keep everything on track
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands on experience with CRM, marketing software (Marketo, Outreach), and Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple exciting projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset for data-driven marketing
  • Comfortable with travel within the US (up to 20% of time)

At Digital.ai, we believe in fostering a culture of pay transparency. We are committed to providing our employees with fair and competitive compensation. The current salary range for this specific job is estimated to be $55,000 - 65,000 base. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity. We value transparency and aim to create an inclusive and equitable workplace for all our employees. Certain positions at Digital.ai might also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of bonuses, or other employee benefits which are separate from the base salary and to be defined at offer stage.
