Job Description

Providing parameters support for domestic & international Trade Finance related processes

  • Perform client static data maintenance on day to day basis, ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with Regulatory, Bank’s policies, guidelines and control.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreement.
  • May require to support other countries overseas branches during Singapore holiday.
  • Monitor the all requests on client static data maintenance and reconcile periodically throughout the day. Additionally, track some of the other daily reports and perform reconciliation as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative, risk and control related activities as assigned.
  • Contribute to various process improvements and other projects as allocated.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate, preferably in Degree in Banking & Finance/ Information Systems / Computer Science/ Business Management or other applicable fields
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience for Senior Officer, and at least 3 years for Manager positions
  • Good interpersonal skills, clear and concise in communications
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to multi-task and a team player
  • Enjoys working in a fast and dynamic environment
