Role Summary/Purpose:
The B2B Email manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with proper documentation for the B2B clients. The selected candidate will be aligned with the Direct Marketing India Team. This role combines marketing automation expertise with a strong analytical mindset to enhance campaign performance through AI driven insights, automation and personalization. You will collaborate closely with data teams and creative agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery , high-quality execution and continuous optimization leveraging data and emerging AI capabilities.
The role will report into the Performance Marketing India, which rolls up into Synchrony Financial India.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, test, and deploy static and automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder)
Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time with proper QA and compliance checks. If needed, collaborate with stakeholders to translate client requirements into executable SFMC workflows
Adhere to execution SOPs, QA processes, and documentation within the campaign management systems
Identify opportunities for automation, scalability and process improvement
Leverage AI (Einstein Engagement scoring, AI powered send time optimization) to improve engagement and conversion rates
Explore and implement AI tools for subject line optimization, A/B testing automation, and content optimization
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA in Marketing/Digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying B2B email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of hands-on-experience executing Email campaigns via email service platform
Minimum 2 years of experience in Direct Marketing Channel execution i.e., Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Mobile push/wallet campaigns
Proven experience in B2B campaign operations or marketing automation
Exposure to GEN AI marketing tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, Chat GPT Enterprise, or Salesforce Einstein, Copilot)
Exposure to any enterprise email service platform: PCM/Harmony (or) Zeta Marketing Platform (or) SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Excellent attention to detail, project management, and communication skills
Proven ability to deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
Exposure to Marketing and retail concepts
Exposure to Marketing databases and Digital Platforms
Exposure to project management tools: COSMOS Workfront (or) MRM (or) Jira (or) ProofHub etc
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize workflow, and prioritize work assignments
Exposure to data visualization and AI assisted analytics to uncover optimization opportunities and provide insights to business stakeholder
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or MBA in Marketing/Digital marketing with a minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying B2B email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or in lieu of a degree, 4 years of hands-on-experience executing Email campaigns via email service platform

02:00pm-11:00pm IST
