About the Role

This role is a strategic and hands-on Manager who will lead our Business Systems & Automation team. This newly created role will oversee two our Salesforce Administrators who also support broader technology initiatives using Microsoft tools such as Power BI and Power Automate. The Manager will collaborate with key internal stakeholders to design and implement technology-driven processes that enhance consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.

Skills Required: include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Administrators, ensuring alignment with business goals and professional development.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives using Salesforce and Microsoft tools (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.).

  • Collaborate with the Internal Project Manager, Solutions Delivery Manager, and AI Strategy & Adoption Manager to support the rollout of strategic technology initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.

  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal policies.

  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize system usage and automation.

Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience managing Salesforce and/or Microsoft-based business systems.

  • Strong understanding of process design, automation, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with AI adoption strategies is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred

  • Salesforce (Admin or Advanced Admin certification preferred)

  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
