Key Responsibilities: 

  • Operational Standardization: Define and implement standardized processes, KPIs, and operational frameworks to drive consistency across product teams. 

  • Tooling and Technology Implementation: Identify, develop, and maintain the tools and systems required to support product operations, ensuring alignment with business needs. 

  • KPI Performance Management: Establish measurable KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine processes to improve operational efficiency and outcomes. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Commercialization, and Client Services teams to align on operational best practices and execution strategies. 

  • AI-Driven Tooling and Optimization: Define, implement, and drive adoption of standardized AI tools to enhance efficiency and consistency in product management practices. Ensure these tools support operational workflows, improve decision-making, and optimize overall product operations. 

  • Process Optimization and Automation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining workflows, automating reporting and data correlation processes, and enhancing visibility into key metrics. 

  • Cost and Resource Management: Develop and oversee product cost targets, budgets, and financial plans while identifying opportunities to optimize costs and resource allocation. 

  • Risk and Compliance Management: Identify potential risks related to product development and operations, implementing proactive measures to mitigate them. 

  • Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Leverage business and market intelligence to inform decision-making, ensuring that leadership has clear visibility into operational performance through regular reporting. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, risks, and performance metrics. 

Qualifications: 

  • 7-10 years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related field. 

  • Strong ability to develop, standardize, and optimize processes, KPIs, and tooling across multiple teams. 

  • Experience in managing and analyzing performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making. 

  • Proficiency in operational automation, data analysis, and process improvement methodologies. 

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. 

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and data visualization platforms.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position in the United States is: $138,000 - $172,000 USD.
