Target Account Programs (ABM)

  • Collaborate with sales and field marketing to build and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns for priority accounts.
  • Support trade shows, executive events, and virtual experiences with integrated digital programs that enhance attendee engagement.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization & Budget Management

  • Partner with Marketing Ops and Analytics to ensure campaign tracking, lead attribution, and funnel reporting are in place.
  • Analyze performance weekly/monthly/quarterly and continually optimize programs based on results.
  • Manage budget allocations to maximize ROI and support pipeline goals
  • Work with the Marketing Ops team to revise and tune ICP, MQL scoring, and intent models.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation, digital, and integrated campaigns.
  • Proven success managing and optimizing paid media, campaign orchestration, and account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, performance metrics, attribution models, and MQL/SQL processes.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and intent data platforms.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate goals into actionable programs.
  • Experience with data infrastructure, cloud technologies, or open-source ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Startup experience or ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile environment.

What We Offer:

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • 401K with 3% Contribution
  • Pre-IPO Stock Options
  • At least 12 Public Holidays
  • Flexible Time Off
