Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Digital Print Production Operator is an integral member of the DISH Print Services Team, responsible for providing comprehensive print production support to all lines of business within the EchoStar portfolio, including DISH Network, Boost Mobile, Sling TV, OnTech Services, and Gen Mobile, as well as shared services teams such as accounting, legal, leadership training, and facilities. The primary objective of this role is to efficiently operate digital printing equipment (black and white/color) and complete all related production tasks to maximize output while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate digital and wide-format printers using Fiery Command Workstation
  • Perform post-print tasks such as cutting, folding, binding, and finishing
  • Prepare and package printed materials for shipment
  • Manipulate digital files to meet print specifications
  • Monitor print quality and color consistency throughout production
  • Maintain printing equipment and perform routine maintenance and calibration
  • Collaborate with the Print Services Manager to prioritize daily production
  • Assist with job tracking and monthly reporting
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Adapt to changing priorities and urgent requests in a fast-paced environment

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Associate's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • Experience operating digital and wide-format print equipment, scanners, and bindery tools

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with Fiery Command WorkStation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills; may involve regular communication with internal stakeholders to clarify print specifications and delivery expectations
  • Availability for a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-4:00 PM schedule, with occasional overtime

Working Environment:
  • Based at the EchoStar Corporate Office in Englewood, Colorado
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • May require walking between buildings and navigating stairs
  • Periodic exposure to loud equipment noise

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $15.90/Hour - $22.74/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
