We are seeking for a Compensation Senior Specialist to join our team. The Compensation Senior Specialist will have an opportunity to work remotely within the United States.

The Compensation Senior Specialist is responsible for analyzing and administering compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity. This role supports the development of salary structures, incentive plans, and policies that align with organizational goals. The senior specialist will work closely with HR and management to provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies. They play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and ensuring compliance with regulations. 

As Compensation Senior Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support compensation decisions. 

  • Develop and maintain salary structures and compensation policies. 

  • Evaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations. 

  • Assist in the design and implementation of incentive programs. 

  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and metrics. 

  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and standards. 

  • Collaborate with P&C and management to address compensation-related inquiries. 

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis. 

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. 

  • Understanding of compensation laws and regulations.  

  • High level of expertise in Excel and proficiency in compensation analysis software.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:

$54,245 - $100,000
