Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Aligned Finance Analyst. This role supports financial analysis, forecasting, and trend evaluation for the Affluent/Premier banking business. Responsibilities include providing analytical support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing regular reports for senior finance and business leaders. This role will report directly to the Affluent / Premier Banking Finance Director and have visibility across all levels of finance and the business. This position will sit in Charlotte, NC, or West Des Moines, IA.

In this role, you will:
- Provide finance, data, and analytical support to the Affluent / Premier banking business with respect to strategic efforts.
- Develop management reporting, dashboard, and scorecards to track affluent segment performance and trend variances
- Develop financial analyses and reporting capabilities that measure the impact of affluent and premier segment initiatives
- Develop financial tools that support forecasting and provide complex financial analysis in support of affluent segment decision-making
- Support ongoing strategic initiatives such as forecast transformation efforts, process improvements, etc.
- Efforts will require cross-functional coordination with partners across CBL and WIM finance. Support will also include regular reporting and updates to senior level finance and business partners.
- 5+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, finance, economics, econometrics or computer sciences
- Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
- Experience creating senior executive presentations; clear storytelling with data
- Banking/Wealth/Premier/Affluent Segment Exposure
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a fast paced, high-output, time sensitive environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), Essbase skills
- Cross-Functional Finance Partnership and working with Stakeholders
